Let’s Start Re-Using Recycled Thermoplastic Composites brings together businesses and innovators to explore how recycled thermoplastic composites can help secure sustainable material needs and future proof supply chains. Hosted by Brightlands Materials Center (a member of CompositesNL), this one-day event is focused on matching companies that enable recycled thermoplastic composite materials to those who need them.
The goal is to create a ‘marketplace’ where the supply and demand sides of recycled thermoplastic composites meet to jointly start exploring and creating (new) circular supply chains based on thermoplastic composite waste opportunities that exist today. The event will also give an overview of thermoplastic composite markets and current recycling options, recycled thermoplastic composite materials and the long-term potential of circular thermoplastic composites ecosystems.
The keynote speaker is Mr Volker Mathes, German Association for Fiber Reinforced Plastics/Composites (AVK).
