CICE is the official conference of the International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC), serving as a platform for the FRP research community and industry to share achievements, discuss challenges and explore opportunities in the field. CICE 2025 continues a tradition initiated in 2001, marking the twelfth instalment of this globally recognised series of conferences dedicated to composites for civil engineering applications.
CICE 2025 is organised by the University of Lisbon, the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering, and the University of Minho.
