Supporting the sustainable growth of Europe’s carbon fiber industry
Launched in November 2025, Carbon Fiber Europe’s mission is to promote the positive contributions and innovative power of European carbon fiber products to society and to foster their safe and sustainable use within Europe. Its actions are focused on four strategic pillars: Advocacy & Representation; Sustainability & Circularity; Innovation & Standards; and Health & Safety.
The alliance has established three working groups dedicated to promoting the carbon fiber industry and its products, advocating for the industry’s interests in EU legislation, and fostering the development of the carbon fiber recycling ecosystem.
As part of its efforts to promote circular economy practices, Carbon Fiber Europe has joined the European Circular Composites Alliance (ECCA), a sectorial alliance of EuCIA launched at JEC World 2025. ECCA members will be available to meet JEC World visitors on booth 5D49-03 in the Circularity Village.
